Regulations on out-of-court settlement of disputes, which enter into force on 10 January 2017, will amend also the Telecommunications Act and the Postal Law. Out–of-court settlement of consumer disputes (ADR Procedure) is to replace the current mediation proceedings conducted by the President of UKE.

Take advantage of the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes by the President of UKE
The President of UKE will help you resolve the conflict with the provider easier and faster than in court, so as to avoid paperwork, stress and cost. 
The matter will be resolved within 90 days. The President of UKE will present your arguments to the entrepreneur and will help reach a settlement.

The procedure is voluntary. We do not impose the solution, we focus on amicable agreements!

Important! The ADR application can be submitted to the President of UKE within 12 months from the date of the complaint to the operator.
