On 30 June 2014, the President of UKE took a decision to extend an inspection of Inpost Paczkomaty Sp. z o.o. , a postal operator, entered in the Register of postal operator under No. B-00155 (previously as InPost Sp. z o.o.) and to start on 4 July 2014 an inspection of a postal operator entered in the Register of postal operators under No. B-00520 - currently operating under the name InPost Sp. z o.o. (previously as Nowoczesne Usługi Pocztowe Sp. z o.o.). Both companies form the Integer.pl S.A. capital group.

This decision results from capital changes which led InPost Sp. z o.o. to change its name into InPost Paczkomaty Sp. z.o.o. on 2 June 2014, and as declared to the President of UKE, to "stop providing postal services" which were taken over by a new company InPost Sp. z o.o., previously known as Nowoczesne Usługi Pocztowe Sp. z o.o.

The above changes make it necessary to close the inspection of the former InPost Sp. z o.o. company (currently InPost Paczkomaty Sp. z o.o.) and to launch the inspection of the new InPost Sp. z o.o. company established based on Nowoczesne Usługi Pocztowe Sp. z o.o. in order to define the scope of activities conducted from 2 June 2014 by the above postal operators and actual methods of providing postal services by them.

The inspections are necessary in order to obtain full knowledge about the operation of those postal operators and their cooperation with other entities in the postal services market. It is planned to complete the inspection activities at InPost Paczkomaty Sp. z o.o. on 31 July 2014, and on 29 August 2014 at InPost Sp. z o.o.
