UKE's Consumer Information Centre is available in the Polish sign language.
In order to ensure a proper from of contact with UKE employees to the deaf and hard of hearing persons, the President of UKE in cooperation with Migam.org launched a pilot project of CIK hotline's customer service in sign language.
Through a sign language interpreter, UKE employees will provide all the interested persons with information about consumer rights in the telecommunications and postal markets. With the use of Migam Interpreter service available on our website it is possible to set a free video-conference call between the deaf customer, sign language interpreter and CIK hotline.
The hotline (phone no. +48 22 534-91-74 and/or +48 801-900-853) of UKE's Consumer Information Centre (CIK) is available Monday to Friday in the Office's working hours, i.e. 8:15 - 16:15. Call us!
