Information on TP investment in the co-called “white gaps”

A detailed Report on TP investment in the segment of “white gaps” for the period from 22nd of October 2009 to 30th of June 2011.

One of the eight categories within which TP carries out its investment planned under the agreement concluded between the President of UKE and the President of TP on 22nd of October 2009 includes the so-called “white gaps”.

Within this category (1.2) a construction of a total of 150,000 broadband access lines throughout the country is planned in areas which were qualified as the ones with the lowest level of the existing telecommunications infrastructure saturation.

Below we present a summary of finalised investment projects by TP, updated as of 30th of June 2011 and divided into separate tasks.

It should be noted that investment projects are at quite different stages of work progress.

The data received shows that as for the time being a complete investment project was implemented in the Trzcianka Municipality by building or upgrading 100% of broadband access lines provided for in the investment plan. Investment projects in other areas are still in progress and data on their finalisation will be successively published.

In total, till 30th of June 2011, TP had built 80,110 broadband access lines within the “white gaps” areas.
