The list of participants of the contest for the designation of postal operator to provide universal services in the years 2016-2025

In compliance with the provisions of the Postal Law Act, on 30th December 2014 the President of UKE announced a contest for the designation of postal operator to provide universal services in the years 2016-2025 in a national daily newspaper (Rzeczpospolita) and on the UKE’s Public Information Bulletin (BIP) website.

 

Postal operators were invited to submit their offers in the form specified in the contest documentation, to the Office of Electronic Communications headquarters until 15:00 hrs on 14th April 2015.

Pursuant to Article 15 (2) of the Ordinance of the Minister for Administration and Digitization of 25 November 2013 on the contest for the designation of postal operator to provide universal services (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1466) the President of UKE announced, on the UKE’s BIP website, the list of contest participants who submitted their offers in time according to the order of submission.

    The President of the Office of Electronic Communications (President of UKE) is the national regulatory authority for the market of telecommunications and postal services. The President of UKE is also the specialised authority in the area of equipment conformity assessment, including telecommunications terminal equipment and radio equipment.
