UKE on Gadu Gadu 853

The Office of Electronic Communications has now its own GG chat number 853. The users of this Internet communicator may receive interesting information including telecom consumer advice and the work of the Office of Electronic Communications directly at their GG accounts.

All you need to do is type in a message and send it to GG 853.

UKE’s GG number is actually an automatic responder feature so the information is sent automatically, depending on the selected option out of the available list. Some examples of available info are: how to file a complaint or dispute resolution through mediation.

GG users are mainly those consumers who already use an array of telecommunications services. It is this group that GG UKE is addressed to. It is yet another extraordinary action taken by the President of UKE, meant to reach as large a number of subscribers as possible with the intention to increase awareness of the rights they are entailed to.
