Update of TP investment plans for 2011-2012

Referring to the Communication of 23 December 2010 published on the UKE website together with the draft TP SA investment plans for 2011, UKE presents an amended TP SA Investment Plan for 2011 and a draft Plan for 2012.

The attached plans constitute a follow-up to the investment declaration provided for in the Agreement concluded between the President of UKE and TP SA President on 22 October 2009 under which TP committed itself to develop 1.2 m broadband access lines.

    The President of the Office of Electronic Communications (President of UKE) is the national regulatory authority for the market of telecommunications and postal services. The President of UKE is also the specialised authority in the area of equipment conformity assessment, including telecommunications terminal equipment and radio equipment.
